Enchilada Casserole
Saute ground beef, onion and garlic until meat is lightly browned and onion is clear. Drain Add soups, sauce, chile and liquid. Season to taste. Layer in a casserole dish (9" x 13" Pyrex) the tortillas, meat mixture and cheese. Continue until you run out, ending with cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
